3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes limited features and usage quotas as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OfferFlow AI to:

• Send fraudulent offers or invoices
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI generates offer content based on your input. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed before sending to clients
• You are responsible for the accuracy of pricing and terms
• We do not guarantee the AI will meet specific requirements
• Generated content may require editing

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using our service. We retain ownership of the OfferFlow AI platform, including its design, code, and AI models.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the country where the service provider is established.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
